Starbright releases the educational Sickle Cell CD -ROM - he Sickle Cell Slime-O-Rama Game is an interactive "quiz show" where players are challenged to answer questions about sickle cell disease and learn fundamental principles about disease management and adherence. The goal of the game is to provide children and teens with basic skills about communicating pain to adults, coping with a pain episode, and preventing more severe pain episodes.
