[Bullet]  BandAids and Blackboards at http://www.faculty.fairfield.edu/fleitas/contents.html A website, designed to improve the quality of life for children growing up with serious medical problems. The site contains their narratives, poetry, and tips for parents, health professionals and teachers, as well as many more pages of interactive resources, a hospital tour, and lesson plans. The site is the recipient of many awards, including a 2000 first prize in the Childnet International competition
